I am Clotilde HIBON, a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Institute of Geneva since 2022 and holder of the RNCP Level 6 (Master’s I) certification.With 15 years of international experience in Strategy, Change Management, and Leadership roles, my mission is to help entrepreneurs build high-performing and responsible businesses.I am passionate about leadership behaviours and strategic foresight. I use the DiSC profile analysis to help you better understand yourself.I also apply the Creative Vortex method for strategic foresight. This innovative Franco-Canadian approach works both individually and in teams, addressing operational challenges by exploring multiple strategic levels.I provide a coaching space where leaders can express themselves freely, with confidence and in complete safety.Anyone in need of coaching is welcome for a discovery session.
